This Week for Reading we have been doing SRA Cards for when we had finished our assignment.

And I chose this because I moved up a level from Violet to Rose.

My score was 25/26. Next time I can Try to get them all correct

I chosse my basic facts score because I went up 2 places to 93 and before that I had 91 I chosse this because I thought it was a better improvement from last year.

This week we  have been getting back into school work and we started with reading. I chose this because I thought that I did well on it.

                                                             Spooked!

Question1: How many paragraphs are in the story spooked? There are 6 paragraphs in  this story.

Question 2: What is the main Idea and suporting details of the 1st  paragraph?The Main idea is the description of Gerry’s house. Supporting details a gabled roof that looked like a witches house. 

Question3: What is paragraph 4 mostly about? Paragraph 4 is mostly about Gerrys reason to invite friends for sleepovers.

Question4:What paragraph tells you about Hanks inspection? The 1st paragraqph tells you about Hanks inspection.

Question5:  What will be a good title for this story?The Witches hat will be a good title for this story.

Question 6: True or False the closet was full of mysterious things? False the closet was not full of myesterious things.

This Week I chose my Compare and Contrast Exposition because it was the first time I did a piece of that type of writing and I thought I did very well.   

  I am writing about two of my friends Courtney McCallum Ella Sharpe.

 Courtney likes to go on farms and so dose Ella the are both adventurous.

Ella and Courtney have brown eyes and long Brown hair. They both

 rather there hair up than down because they do not like there hair in there

 faces.

 Ella likes her hair in a pony tail and Courtney likes hers plated. They both

like wearing the colour black (which is my favourite colour to wear as well).

Ella and Courtney like to play netball. The last thing that is the same about

 my two friends are they were both born in the year 1998.

There are a lot of differences between my friends and I am going to tell you some.

They do like to wear black but it isn’t there favourite colour.  Courtney’s favourite

 colour is green the colour of the grass and Ella’s favourite colour

 is Blue the colour of the sky on a nice sunny day. They are very different

 when it comes to getting up in the morning because Courtney likes to sleep in

but Ella on the other hand likes getting up early to feed the calves and milk the cows.

They do like the same foods but they do like other foods more like Ella she likes

Lamb Roasts. Courtney likes Chocolate mainly Chocolate mousse.
